Nutrition: Our Balanced Menus

One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well”—Virginia Woolf

We provide every child in our care with a healthy balanced diet full of nutrients, giving them energy and helping them to maintain concentration throughout the day.

Our menu has been created to offer a variety of food types, producing nutritionally-balanced meals. Packed full of different colors and textures, we make sure our food is interesting. Why? It’s simple—we believe that children need to eat well to learn well. They should be intrigued and enticed by the food they eat, which is why we work to serve meals that not only smell good but that look, feel and taste great too!

What’s on the menu?

Expect to see everything from beef taco rice bowls, teriyaki chicken, and Pollock fish bites to Fettuccine Alfredo, turkey meatballs, and southwestern beans and rice. We provide fresh vegetables with every meal and a great variety of fresh fruit every day including cantaloupe, watermelon, apple, banana, orange, pear, and peach.

We can cater for all dietary requirements and include a vegetarian option as standard at every meal time. With our balanced and diverse daycare menu, you can be confident that we’ll provide the highest quality food to make sure your child is happy, healthy, full of energy and ready to learn!

Our healthy and appealing menu is just one of the benefits your child will get when they attend our daycare in Sterling, VA. Our innovative STEAM curriculum is another one. To start the enrollment process, we suggest scheduling a tour of the facility to see our day-to-day life in operation. Contact us today to get started!
